Access & Check Out
ACCESS: The library is open from 7:15am-3:00pm each day. If you are not with a teacher, you must have a pass and sign in.
CIRCULATION: Students may check out up to three items. Items may be held up to 3 weeks, except for magazines. Magazines may be held for 1 week. After the due date, students may have a five day grace period before accruing a fine. Fines are $.05 per day, and are retroactive to the due date.
RENEWING: Students must bring their library materials to the library to be renewed. No library materials can be renewed without being seen by a member of the library team.

APRIL IS SCHOOL LIBRARY MONTH!
JOIN US FOR ALL THE FUN ACTIVITIES IN APRIL
# 1: DOOR DECORATING contest! What book inspires you?? Help a teacher by decorating a door in April. Vote for your favorite! Finish doors by Wednesday May 4th; voting happens on Thursday, May 5th. The winning teacher will be announced on Friday, May 6th, and and all his/her students will be awarded Popsicles!
# 2: The library will also sponsor a #CanYouGuesstheBookTitle book trivia contest Beginning Monday, listen to the morning announcements for the #hashtag clues. Teachers AND students are encouraged to submit a guess. The winning teacher and winning student will be announced each Friday & win a prize!
# 3: The library will be holding an informal POETRY SLAM during lunches on Wednesday - April 20th. Encourage your budding poets to an open mic venue & JOIN US during grade level lunches to enjoy students reading original or favorite poetry! Click HERE for an example.
# 4: You won't want to miss the opportunity to DRESS AS A BOOK CHARACTER on on April 27th.
